When you graduate from the RN-to-BSN program, you will be able to:
- Function within the nurse’s legal and ethical scope of practice
- Promote nursing by advocating for and being leaders in their work
- Use published research and evidence-based practices to gather information from assessments to identify issues, set goals, and create care plans for:

RN-to-BSN Program Expected Level of Achievement (ELA)
- Increase enrollment by 5% for the upcoming academic terms (fall 2024, spring 2025, fall 2025).
- 80% of the students will graduate with their starting program cohort.
- 80% of the students who complete the program will secure employment in a professional nursing role that requires a minimum of a BSN credential.
